We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, the same mobile financial service (MFS) and/or orders that use the shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

This Website require you to input a One Time Password (OTP) to access full features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with Beautiv by entering your phone number or logging with your social media account. You must treat your account log-in information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party. If you think there may have been any breach of security, then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.

You may only download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use provided you also retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the material, do not modify, or alter the material and do not copy or post the material on any network computer or broadcast the material in any media. It is strictly prohibited to modify, transmit, distribute, reuse, re-post, “frame” or use the content of the Site including the art, text, images, audio and/or video for public or commercial purposes without written permission from an authorized representative of Beautiv. It is strictly prohibited to download the images of the products for sale within this site. Also, tampering with the Site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the Site is prohibited.

Section 3- Invalidity

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable the enforce ability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

Prices for our products are subject to change without any prior notice. Also, we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Section 5- Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

You agree to the terms and facts that any return, refund and exchange policies will be based on Beautiv’s rules. It is your sole responsibility to check the following conditions whether you are eligible to claim any of the key points mentioned here.  

General Rules:  

- You must check the product in front of delivery person to see if received product is damaged/defective, expired, or wrong product at the time of the delivery. 

- Any issue regarding product being damaged/defective, notified after successful delivery will not be eligible for any kind refund/return or exchange.

- Any issue regarding product being expired or wrong, notified within 3 days of successful delivery will be eligible for refund/return or exchange.

- Product must be intact (not used/swatch) for any refund/return or exchange.  

- Price tag, Brand tag or any other tags along with external packaging of product must not be removed/damaged for any refund/return or exchange.

Claiming: 

To claim any refund/return or exchange, following information must be given when customers inform to our Customer Service Department within 3 Days of successful delivery the product:

-Picture/Video Proof

-Reason for refund/return or exchange

Returning:

For Inside Dhaka, delivery personal will pick-up the product from customer’s address. Beautiv will bear the charges.

For Outside Dhaka, Customers are requested to send the product to Beautiv’s Address through a courier service. Beautiv will reimburse the charges.

Verification:

Once we receive the returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Operations and Inspection Department. It will take 2-3 working days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, or money will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.

If the claim is deemed invalid after verification, then Beautiv will not be liable to exchange or refund the money.

Section 6 – Shipping

You agree to the terms and facts that we have our shipping policies based on Beautiv’s rules.

Charges:

Shipping Charges are set by Beautiv and will always be subject to change without any prior announcement. 

Partner(s) & Policies:

Beautiv will use their own preferred Shipping partner(s) and a customer will abide by the Shipping partner’s own Policies regarding Delivery & Cancellation.  

Zones & Classifications:

Shipping Zones (across Bangladesh) will be set by Beautiv and their Shipping Partner and will always be subject to change without any prior notice. The two main Classification of Shipping Zones will be:

• - Shipping Inside Dhaka
• - Shipping Outside Dhaka 

Time:

Shipping Time of an order will be determined by Beautiv & their Shipping Partner and will be subject to change depending on internal & external factors (such as force majeure, government holidays, transportation, access and so forth). For More, check Delivery Section.

Section 7 – Products or Services

All our products or services are available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of Bangladesh. You agree that the courts, tribunals and/or quasi-judicial bodies located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute arising inside Bangladesh under this Agreement.
